The St. Clarens project located at the corner of St. Clarens Ave., and Dupont St., in Toronto was unmistakeably unuseable. A gravel spot that housed a garbage bin and ugly Vent but not much else going for it. The site had major challenges in that the city wires and piping ran below which made digging a problem. Despite this we managed to transform the space using Carsons design and with the help of our donators.
