We measure property and obtain your information
At this meeting you would have a list of desired uses as well as your preferred style of product
No job is too big or small but the reality is that a budget will ensure your project is designed to within your budget using the appropriately affordable materials
Should your project not require a design, you may get a price right away followed by an emailed professional estimate otherwise,
Todd leaves, and Landscape estimate and Landscape design is created
Our office will call you to set up an appointment if needed to present the design(s)

Your meeting is with Todd Gould, President/Designer
We present your Landscape Project
Your feedback is important at this level as to the products, look, use, style, and if all has been incorporated or needs to be changed
Your Landscaping budget goal is important to keep in mind when reviewing and changing the design
Todd will leave and our office will call to reschedule another appointment
Any changes needed will be brought back to our office and made accordingly with adjustments to your quotation as needed
This step will continue until you have reached your desired project
| Landscape Contract Meeting
Your meeting is with Todd Gould, President/Designer
Your project has been fine tuned and decided on
Our Landscape Contract is reviewed and signed
Your project will now be scheduled within our calander with the date of your tentative start in your agreement
Our client care process will alert you of this with a welcome letter, followed one week before your start date with a letter of notice to locates pending which will be your alert to obtain permits required if any. Your project is well under way and in great hands!!
